We pride ourselves on Customer Service. Being partnered with a company such as Tractor Express that shares that same common belief is a breath of fresh air. Before we started using this company, we had an ongoing joke here at the store of “Which Monday.” We were conditioned to believe that it was normal for a shipping quote to take at least a day to receive and for transport to take longer than the quoted date.With Tractor Express, it has yet to take any longer than a few hours to get a quote with an accurate delivery date. Tractor Express is fast, reliable, and most importantly, they are honest and go above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

We sell used equipment all over the country and also need equipment picked up from manufacturers.   Having trucking sources where can get estimates on costs during the selling process and timelines once the customer pulls the trigger, is extremely valuable.   Additionally, the uniqueness in some respects with hauling farm equipment adds a dynamic that one doesn’t get with many brokers who don’t have specific knowledge.   We discovered Tractor Express through a recommendation by a fellow dealer, and glad we did.  Organized, communicate well, and do what they say they are going to do.   That is a big deal.

The owners of the company are exceedingly knowledgeable and their passion for the business certainly resonates. Their drivers are always proficient and timely. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and communication.

This company did an excellent job for us. We had a large rig that needed a special low boy trailer. They are family owned and you get to speak directly with the owners for pricing. We also were lucky enough to have Nate, one of the owners, haul our rig down. He communicated the entire way and our rig was delivered without one scratch. It is unusual to find a company anymore that actually cares. We would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future! Thank you!

Fantastic experience! They transported my light airplane from east coast to west coast, and were professional AND nice to work with. The plane was a challenging load, and they went the extra mile to make sure it was tied down properly. They also worked with me to send a low boy (really nice) to allow a safe loading procedure. This was from a residence (unlike most loads), and they recognized that and were helpful through the entire process. Can’t say enough good things about the experience.
