This project showcases several distinctive design elements, including the use of Series 72 panels with varying depths at the entryway, creating a dynamic space for illuminated panels. Red accent fins, white ACM trim panels, and gray Series 72 panels were combined to enhance the building’s aesthetics. Swiss Pearl fiber cement panels were installed on the long side and front of the façade, while MDSI’s ColumnMax™ Column Covers in white ACM added a clean finish. The project also includes a red ACM drum on the roof and a skywalk clad in matching ACM. In total, the project features 43,000 sq. ft. of MDSI wall cladding and 2,600 panels.
