    How to rent?

    Applications are accepted either online via our secure website or in person at Giri BP located at 1006 N Columbus St West Liberty, IA.

    What are rental requirements?

    Please provide all requested information found on our rental application including but not limited to references and proof of employment. All applications are subject to a credit worthiness check.

    Can I tour the property before renting?

    Yes, please complete a request online or feel free to give us a call to schedule a viewing. Property tours are subject to availability.

    How long is the lease agreement?

    Lease agreements are available in 12 month increments unless otherwise specified by your individual rental agreement.

    What if I have maintenance issues?

    Maintenance requests can be directed via our online service system or by phone. Please call 319-331-9921 for emergency maintenance requests.
