they came right away , listen to my problem and repaired it . he had parts on truck and cleaned up. didn't try to sell me a new furnace

Im an Architect; researching heat pumps led me to Baker Bauer Fish. I am so happy it did. Matt and his crew are knowledgeable, conscientious and attentive to detail. I had specific needs for the installation which Matt understood perfectly. He was also generous with his time explaining the systems and options. Our air conditioner was not cooling. Called BB&F they had our home cooling quickly. Very courteous and prompt service. They are my new hvac company.
